Welcome to the Caddie Program informational section of Red Run’s website!
We would like to thank you for your interest in our Caddie Program. Red Run Golf Club was established in 1914 and the Caddie Program has played a vital role since the Club’s conception. The caddie provides the membership the opportunity to play golf the traditional way, walking.
2020 Caddie Training Dates
Training dates are typically in the months of April and June. The number of training dates will depend on the number of caddies that we need for the summer. Our goal is to balance the number of caddies we have so that each caddie is able to get a loop when they come in for work. It does not benefit the caddie or the club to have an excess amount of caddies sitting on the bench unable to get a loop. On the other hand, we do not want to be unable to provide a caddie to those members who would like a caddie. Each year, we will typically add 50 to 100 caddies to our roster. On average, we will have 125 to 150 caddies on our roster.
